At the European School of Business we keep all our programmes up to date with the realities of the corporate world. This, in turn, allows companies to keep all their staff and management up to date with leading-edge knowledge, management techniques, and working and cooperation methods
Since our foundation we have specialised in customising programmes for companies, developing thus efficient teaching and assessment methods. It divides into three basic sections:
Needs analysis - An analysis and data collection identifying the specific needs of the company or department, after which objectives are set jointly with the management.
Work schedule and teaching - A schedule is established to maximise efficiency and teaching is carried out chronologically.
Monitoring and assessment - Throughout the course and after its completion, criteria are established for monitoring results. After completion, there is an assessment of the objectives set out.
Our training methodology is divided into stages that are as applicable to organisations with past experience of similar activities as to those with little experience.
The methodology as shown here is flexible. In some companies or institutions (due to size, resources, lack of time etc) the stages and sub-stages shown below can be adapted to the needs of each company.
